Robot ( beta )

     The Robot is quite a famous rare. This is a members-only BETA. It's an animated item, and the robots' lights flash different colours from yellow to green, green to yellow, etc. Additionally, it moves it arms around randomly. It's mainly blue, with yellow feet and "hands." Now, onto what the item is worth:

Top hats

The freedom top hat is worth about a rare freedom cape.The rare top hat is worth 2-3 n.r bows and arrows, or maybe a couple of non-rare spiked collars. The pink top hat is worth freedom wings,rare bow, and small member rare.The girly multicolored top hat is worth a pink top hat and a beta clothing item. The striped black top hat is worth 2 girly multicolored top hat or a bad colored worn. The solid black top hat is worth a good color worn and add a good member rare.The red top hat is worth a red pirate sword and rare bow and add good, or a good color worn and some beta furniture. The striped blue top hat is worth a good color worn and a brown worn and add a bit.The solid blue top hat is worth 2 good worns and add 

Founders hats

     The Founders Hat is the most valuable BETA. It was sold for 40 gems in Jam Mart on September 28, 2010. The sell price is 12 gems. The Founder's Hat has grown to be more and more popular and rare. It's really just a yellow top hat, but it's worth a lot. These are worth more than a Long Black Spike Collar, and this item isn't really wanted to for looks, but for the rarity. The Founder's Hat goes on your head and only comes in one colour: yellow, and is a members only item. This item won't make it to the top 10 list for rares and many people in the server Aldan have it. If you have one, keep it until it gets even more rare! (Unless if they come back to the shop.) These are worth:

Beards

     Beards are not much of a famous rare in Animal Jam. But they are worth a lot! The non-rare Beard is WAY rarer than the Rare Beard. The Beards came out in 9 different colours: Orange with red, cream with silver, black with silver, black with red, pink with cream, light brown with red, brown with orange, gray with light blue, and gray with pink. The gray with pink beard is the least rarest beard, which was sold at the Leap Year Party, which comes every 4 years in Animal Jam. The Beard is a neck item, and was sold in the BETA days. The Orange Beard is the rarest item in Animal Jam. Trust me, these are worth way more than Long Black Spike Collars! There are only 2 known Orange Beards in the game owned by VisualEffects and infinitymagicheroisback. There is only 4 Cream Beards known in the game! Side note: The Black with Silver Beard is rarer than the Black with Red Beard. The Orange with Red, Cream with Silver, Pink with Cream, Black with Silver, Light Brown with Red, and the Brown with Orange Beards make it to the top 10 list for rare items in Animal Jam. If you have one of these Beards, you are definitely a very rare person! They are worth:

     They aren't worth much because, as mentioned above, they are super rare, and not many items can get as rare as them. A Rare Beard is worth:

Elf Tail Armor

     A very popular rare is the Tail Armour. The Tail Armour wraps around your animal's tail. The Elf Tail Armours are rarer than the normal Tail Armours. But now, Elf Tail Armours are in the Diamond Shop, and dropped a ton of rarity. The Elf Tail Armours come in 8 colours: Dark tan with red, Violet-purple with orange, pink with blue, green with purple, orange with blue, blue, black with blue, and black with white. The normal ones come in 5 colours: tan with red, pink with red, purple with green, green with blue, and white with red. Before the Diamond Shop came out there are what they were worth a lot. Here is a list of what they were worth.

Black with White: Short Spike Collar

Black with Blue: Black Worn

Orange with Blue: Pirate Sword

Blue: Scary Bat Wings + Good BETA

Green with Purple: Scary Bat Wings + Rare Cloud

The Elf Tail Armours were prized possessions before the Diamond Shop came out, and here is the list for normal Tail Armours.

Worn blankets

Worn Blankets are a very popular item in Animal Jam. They were sold in the BETA days of October 2010. There is a rare version of the item, which was sold in the Leap Year Party (February 2012). The Rare Worn is purple in colour. The non-rare Worn is rarer than the rare one. They come in 9 colours: green, pink, cream, black, red, brown, light blue, dark purple, and purple (rare). A lot of people get confused by the You can win Worn Blankets in Sky High. These Worn Blankets are worth a Pirate Sword (depending on the colour of the Worn Blanket). They are also worth Short Spike Wristbands. The Black Worn is probably worth a Short Spike Collar or 2 Pirate Swords. Many people want the Worn Blanket for its looks, even though it doesn't look good on them. Jammers like Julian2 wears a ton of his Worn Blankets on his animals, and a lot of Jammers do also. The Worn Blanket is a back item, and is for non-members and members. If you have a Worn Blanket, you shouldn't trade it for now, because there are no rumours that Worn Blankets are coming back.

Rare bow and arrows

The next rare I will talk about is the Bow and Arrows. This item is worn on the back, and is one of the most popular items in the game. The rare ones come in 8 colours: Green, black, silver, orange, pink, purple, blue, and raspberry. The Raspberry Bow and Arrows is still unknown to many Jammers. It's the rarest bow and arrow, and worth a Pirate Sword (any colour) or Worn Blanket (any colour). These can be worth good BETAs, such as Yellow Sweets, Mira Statue, or Blue Shag Rug Carpet. It will decrease its rarity, since you can win Pirate Swords and Worn Blankets in Sky High. The Raspberry Bow and Arrow was given to some lucky Jammers as a Christmas present in 2012. (I think). The non-rare ones come in 7 colours: Brown, violet, purple, green, black, gold, green, and pink. The non-rare bow and arrow isn't worth very much. There is also a Golden Bow and Arrows that you can buy at Epic Wonders for 4,500 gems. The Golden Bow and Arrows are a member only item. These Bow and Arrows are actually very special to many Jammers.

Party Hats value 2015

Party hats are worth....

     The Rare Party Hat will be for the next rare I will talk about. There are 8 colours: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, and white. 6 of these colours are found in the rainbow. The Rare Party Hat is worn on the head. These are animated items, so when you wear one, streamers shoot out of the hat. It's quite a popular item, and has increased rarity. They were the monthly gift of January 2012. The Rare Red Party Hat is the rarest colour. These Rare Party Hats are worth more than Rare Bow and Arrows (except the Raspberry Rare Bow and Arrows). Here is what each colour are worth: 

Red - 2 Giant Lion Plushies, 1 Rare Party Hat + another okay-ish BETA, or add a little something to make is worth a Rare Cloud!

Orange - Black Rare Bow and Arrows 

Yellow - Freedom Helmet

Green - Rare Rhino Helmet + Rare Mechanical Angel Helmet

Blue - Freedom Wings 

Purple - Another Party Hat (certain colours) + a small BETA 

Pink - Rare Bow and Arrows + small BETA

White - Rare Giant Lion Plushie + Rare Bow and Arrows

     I tried to trade a Freedom Helmet for a Blue Party Hat, but everyone I saw that had a Blue Party Hat declined. So in the end I gave up hope and traded my Freedom Helmet for a Rare Rhino Helmet. If you have a Rare Party Hat, hang on to them! They will dramatically raise their rareness. This item is also rarely seen on a Jammer's trade list.

First of all, if you think any of these trades are unfair, please don't leave a hate comment, please be polite and say it's unfair and I'll do what I can. So anyway.....

Hey jammers! So today I'll be talking about Animal Jam and spiked collars. So many of you want a spike collar here, so I'll tell you fair trades for each color, long and short.

Let's start with short

The claw machine and a short spiked wristband (no black) And add depending on the person
For
A pink or purple short collar

Beta wallpaper or flooring, rhino helmet, and a lesser value color short wristband
For
A short orange collar

A long orange, pink, green, or yellow wristband, and a small beta (Bongos, small table, gumball machine, etc)
For
A short green or yellow collar

Beta wallpaper or flooring, a good den beta, a moderately rare clothing item, And add something like a rhino helmet, a good colored worn, or a long bow, top hat, etc
For
A blue or red short collar

Two long wristbands (preferably anything but orange and pink) And add a good den beta and moderately rare clothing item (see above)
For
A black short collar

Now onto long collars:

A good colored short collar (red, blue, green, yellow) Add a beta wallpaper or flooring (if not just add a den beta that's pretty good) And a good clothing item such as rhino helmets and a long bow

A long pink collar

One or two short collars (if two make the second one a lesser valued color) If two collars add a good den beta or clothing beta, if not two collars add a beta floor or wallpaper, and a rare clothing item

Two short collars (maybe of the color you're trading for) Add 2 good den betas. if you don't have den betas then add 2 rare clothing items
